Furnace installation, replacement and repair. A furnace that will not light, short-cycles, blows cold or trips on a limit switch is usually telling you something specific — a dirty flame sensor, a failed igniter, a blocked flue, a pressure switch, a cracked heat exchanger. Some of those are a cheap part and some of them mean the furnace should be condemned, and the difference matters more than the price.
How It Works
Call it in — any hour
No heat is not a next-week problem in a New York winter, and it is not treated as one. The line is answered at 3am.
Diagnose the actual fault
The sequence of operation is followed through to the point it fails, rather than swapping the part that is usually wrong and hoping.
Safety before comfort
If there is a combustion, venting or heat-exchanger problem you are told plainly, and it gets dealt with before anything else — that one is not negotiable.
Heat back on
Repair or replacement completed, the unit cycled and checked, and the thermostat proved to actually control it.
