About Xpress HVAC

Xpress HVAC Corporation is a registered New York corporation working out of the Bronx, and it covers four boroughs: the Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.

The work spans cooling, heating and hot water — central air conditioning and ductless mini-splits, commercial rooftop units, furnaces and boilers, and both tank and tankless water heaters. That range is deliberate. Those systems are usually split between two or three different contractors, which is how you end up being told a problem belongs to somebody else.

Commercial as well as residential is the other half of it. A rooftop unit on a restaurant and a boiler in an apartment building are different jobs with different urgency, and both are done here — commercial work scheduled outside trading hours where that keeps a business open.

The business runs 24 hours a day, every day. That is the part worth saying plainly: a boiler that quits in February or an air conditioner that quits in July is not a next-week problem, and a phone that goes to voicemail at 11pm is not much use to anyone. Calls here are answered directly, at any hour.

Everything here happens in English or Spanish, whichever you would rather use. A heating failure is an expensive, stressful decision, and nobody should have to make one in a language they are only half comfortable in.
